- • Lead the day-to-day operations and long-term strategic planning for WHOOP’s global workplace environment to ensure facilities are safe, secure, efficient, and aligned with the company’s high-performance culture.
- • Collaborate closely with the Workplace Experience team to integrate operational excellence with employee experience, ensuring physical spaces support productivity, well-being, and organizational growth.
- • Oversee all aspects of facilities management including building systems maintenance, space planning, move management, and workplace infrastructure to maintain optimal functionality across all locations.
- • Manage and optimize vendor partnerships for cleaning, security, maintenance, catering, and other facility services, ensuring high-quality service delivery and cost efficiency.
- • Implement and enforce workplace security protocols, including access control, emergency preparedness, and compliance with local and federal safety regulations.
- • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance facility efficiency, sustainability, and technology integration, including the adoption of smart building systems and data-driven operational metrics.
- • Serve as the primary point of contact for all facility-related inquiries and incidents, coordinating rapid response to maintenance emergencies, safety concerns, or operational disruptions.
- • Develop and manage the annual facilities budget, tracking expenditures, forecasting needs, and identifying cost-saving opportunities without compromising safety or experience standards.
- • Support the expansion of WHOOP’s physical footprint by leading site evaluations, lease negotiations, fit-out planning, and transition logistics for new or relocated offices.
- • Ensure all facilities operations comply with legal, environmental, and accessibility standards, including ADA, OSHA, and local building codes.
- • Partner with HR, IT, and Finance teams to align facility operations with broader organizational goals, including talent retention, culture building, and operational scalability.
- • Monitor and report on key performance indicators for facility operations, including uptime, response times, employee satisfaction, and cost-per-square-foot metrics.
- • Foster a proactive, service-oriented culture within the facilities team, promoting accountability, innovation, and cross-functional collaboration.
- • Represent WHOOP in external engagements with landlords, contractors, and municipal agencies to maintain strong relationships and ensure regulatory compliance.
- • Stay current on industry trends in workplace design, sustainability, and operational technology to continuously elevate the quality and impact of WHOOP’s physical environments.

- • Demonstrated expertise in managing building systems, vendor relationships, and workplace security protocols
- • Strong budget management skills with a track record of optimizing facility costs while maintaining high standards
- • Deep knowledge of OSHA, ADA, and other relevant safety and accessibility regulations
