- • As the first FP&A and Strategic Finance hire at GrowthX AI, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the financial foundation of a fast-growing Series A startup that combines AI-powered platform revenue with a scaled services model, enabling data-driven decision-making across leadership and the board.
- • You will own and maintain the corporate financial model, drive financial planning and budgeting processes, support strategic pricing decisions, and own key business metrics to translate strategic initiatives into financial outcomes and performance insights.
- • You will partner closely with leadership across Engineering & Product, GTM, Delivery, and Operations in a hybrid business model that unifies AI workflows with forward-deployed experts to deliver compounding organic growth for marketing teams.
- • You will develop expertise in modeling complex hybrid revenue streams, conducting scenario and sensitivity analysis, building unit economics frameworks, and influencing pricing and resource allocation strategies that directly impact company valuation and growth trajectory.
🎯 Requirements
- • 7–10 years of total experience in finance, with 2+ years in a startup finance role
- • Expert-level financial modeling in Excel/Google Sheets, including building complex models from scratch
- • Experience in investment banking (1–2 years) or at a growth fund, private equity, or VC firm (1–2 years)
- • Strong analytical skills with ability to translate data into actionable strategy and present insights to executives and board members
- • Experience with BI tools such as Looker, Tableau, Mode, or Sigma; SQL knowledge preferred but not required
