- • As the Director of Finance for Canada at Revlon, you will serve as the senior finance business partner to the General Manager of Canada and the Canada Leadership Team, providing strategic financial insights that drive executive decision-making and business performance across the Canadian market.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities include leading end-to-end financial leadership for Canada, including budgeting, forecasting, monthly business performance reviews, strategic initiative evaluation, cost reduction analysis, working capital management, and executive reporting, while building and mentoring a high-performing finance team.
- • You will operate within Revlon’s North America Finance organization, reporting directly to the SVP, Finance – North America, and partnering closely with commercial functions such as Sales, Marketing, eCommerce, and Supply Chain to ensure financial plans are grounded in performance drivers and ROI.
- • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in commercial finance and FP&A, strengthen your executive storytelling and influencing capabilities, and shape Canada’s strategy through fact-based recommendations, all while contributing to Revlon’s legacy as a global beauty leader committed to innovation, diversity, and employee empowerment.
🎯 Requirements
- • 10+ years of progressive finance experience, with strong preference for leadership experience in commercial finance or FP&A
- • Expert modeling and analytical capabilities, including proficiency in Hyperion, Excel, and PowerPoint (or comparable tools)
- • Undergraduate degree required; CPA or MBA preferred
- • Experience in consumer goods is preferred, with experience supporting a country/market P&L considered a plus
- • Strong communication and executive storytelling skills, with confidence presenting to senior leaders
