- • As Director, Finance Analytics & Reporting at eHealthInsurance Services, Inc., you will drive advanced analytics and quantitative guidance to support the Finance organization, enabling data-driven decision-making that supports the company’s growth strategy and financial integrity.
- • You will balance hands-on execution—such as coding, analysis, and dashboard development—with leadership of a small analytics team, acting as a player-coach to deliver strategic insights while ensuring technical excellence and team development.
- • You will partner closely with FP&A, Accounting, and Revenue Operations to connect operational reporting to financial outcomes, overseeing complex, multi-departmental projects and maintaining SOX-compliant internal controls over financial reporting.
- • You will own the development and governance of Lifetime Value (LTV) models supporting $1B+ in externally audited receivables, lead revenue and cash reporting initiatives, and build membership reporting dashboards that bridge operational and financial perspectives, all while advancing centralized, scalable business intelligence solutions.
🎯 Requirements
- • 15+ years of related experience with an undergraduate degree in a quantitative field such as Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline.
- • Advanced proficiency with BI tools (preferably Tableau) and expert SQL skills for data manipulation, complex data modeling, and scalable reporting solutions.
- • Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities, including knowledge of statistical techniques (regression, sampling, hypothesis testing) and solid Python programming skills, with familiarity in Databricks, git, and version control preferred.
- • Demonstrated experience implementing and managing SOX controls, including ITGC, access management, change management, and audit processes, with a track record of supporting control documentation and successful audits.
- • Excellent interpersonal, collaboration, and presentation skills, with proven ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders and align enterprise objectives with team execution.
