- • The Director, Finance Transformation (P2P) is a senior leadership role responsible for owning the end-to-end Procure-to-Pay process and driving enterprise-wide Global Business Services transformation at Onterris, a leading environmental services company committed to sustainability and operational excellence.
- • Day to day, the role involves leading Accounts Payable, Supplier Master Data, Expense Reporting, and Expense Audit teams; defining global P2P process standards; monitoring KPIs for cycle times, compliance, and automation; ensuring alignment between Finance and Procurement; and serving as a key leader in the Coupa Source-to-Pay platform rollout and adoption.
- • The role sits within Onterris’ Global Business Services (GBS) organization, which is undergoing active transformation to standardize processes, enable technology, and improve operational efficiency across the enterprise, supporting the company’s mission of advancing environmental responsibility and human progress.
- • In this role, the individual will develop expertise in enterprise-scale process transformation, gain deep experience with Coupa and Source-to-Pay optimization, lead change management initiatives across Finance, Procurement, and Operations, and build a track record of delivering measurable value through automation, standardization, and governance frameworks that scale transformation gains.
🎯 Requirements
- • 8+ years of experience in Finance, Procurement, Shared Services, or Global Business Services
- • 3+ years of leadership experience managing teams or leading enterprise initiatives
- • Strong understanding of Procure-to-Pay or Source-to-Pay processes, including Accounts Payable and supplier management
- • Experience leading cross-functional process improvement or system implementation initiatives
- • Demonstrated ability to drive change within a matrixed organization
- • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Accounting, or related field
