- • The Director of Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) at Revlon is a strategic finance leader who transforms complex financial data into actionable insights to shape enterprise decision-making and drive organizational performance.
- • Day to day, the role involves leading corporate financial planning processes (annual operating plan, quarterly forecasts, forecast-to-actual analysis), serving as a trusted advisor to the Executive Leadership Team on R&D, Technology, Finance, HR, Legal, Real Estate, and Strategy & Transformation, overseeing capital planning and governance, managing non-recurring item oversight, and driving financial planning standardization across Corporate Functions.
- • Revlon is a resilient, global beauty company with a legacy of innovation since 1932, owning iconic brands like Revlon, Elizabeth Arden, Almay, American Crew, and CND, and selling products worldwide through prestige, professional, mass, and direct-to-consumer channels.
- • In this role, the person will develop advanced financial modeling and analytical skills, gain executive-level communication experience, lead cross-functional initiatives, and drive financial discipline in innovation and capital investment decisions while building a scalable financial planning framework for the organization.
🎯 Requirements
- • 10+ years of progressive finance/accounting experience, including 3+ years in Corporate FP&A
- • Undergraduate Degree in Finance / Accounting; Masters Preferred
- • High proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Hyperion financial reporting systems
- • Experience leading Corporate Departmentals or Departmental expense, with preference for R&D and Technology functions
- • Strong skills in financial planning/analysis, modeling, systems, accounting, and reporting
- • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with ability to interact with all levels of management
