📋 Description

• As Director, Forward Deployed Engineering at Hippocratic AI, you will lead the technical strategy and execution for deploying voice-first AI agents in life sciences, translating complex customer needs into secure, scalable integrations with enterprise systems like Veeva, Epic, and Salesforce Health Cloud.
• You will own end-to-end deployment execution—from technical discovery and solution architecture to UAT, go-live, and production monitoring—while building and mentoring a high-performing team of Forward Deployed Engineers to ensure repeatable, secure, and compliant implementations.
• You will serve as the company’s senior technical ambassador in enterprise sales cycles, leading architecture reviews, responding to RFPs/RFIs, and guiding customers through rigorous IT security and compliance processes alongside the CISO.
• You will drive innovation in integration patterns, defining reference architectures for API-first, real-time, and batch data flows across CRM, EHR, contact center, and data lake systems, while establishing best practices for AI agent scripting, testing, and continuous improvement.
• You will operate in a fast-paced, high-growth environment at the forefront of healthcare AI, working with world-class physicians, researchers, and engineers from institutions like Stanford, Johns Hopkins, and NVIDIA to shape the future of safe, clinical-grade AI in healthcare.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a technical discipline (Computer Science, Engineering, Health Informatics, or Life Sciences)
• 10+ years of experience in enterprise technical integration, forward deployment, solution engineering, or technical consulting, preferably in life sciences and healthcare
• 5+ years of experience building and managing a team of forward deployment or integration engineers
• Strong technical fluency in API design, integration patterns, and cloud infrastructure
• Demonstrated ability to engage credibly with enterprise CTOs, CISOs, architects, and IT governance teams
