📋 Description

• As Director of Founder's Office at Bjak Sdn. Bhd., you will build and run the operational infrastructure behind A1, a proactive AI smart assistant designed to integrate intelligence into everyday workflows, conversations, and task completion with minimal prompting.
• You will lead business operations across multiple countries, manage and develop a team of Business Operations Partners, oversee office setup, entity incorporation, market launches, payroll implementation, vendor management, and support recruiting operations and hiring activities.
• You will plan and execute company events, offsites, and operational logistics, track key initiatives, ensure timely completion of actions, and continuously improve processes to increase speed and reliability as the company scales.
• The role is based in Singapore and offers the opportunity to work in a high-talent-density, high-ownership environment where independent thinking, speed, and problem-solving are valued, enabling you to drive execution across recruiting, finance, legal, and administrative functions while shaping the operational foundation of a scaling AI startup.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in business operations, strategic operations, founder's office, or similar roles
• Experience managing projects involving multiple stakeholders
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and follow through on commitments
• Comfortable working across recruiting, finance, legal, and administrative functions
• Able to identify problems, make decisions, and drive execution independently
