  • • Lead the annual operating plan (AOP) process and quarterly reforecast cycles, establishing clear timelines, coordinating essential cross-functional inputs, consolidating complex financial models, and presenting comprehensive results to executive leadership and the Board of Directors.
  • • Develop and meticulously maintain monthly and quarterly financial projections, encompassing revenue, expenses, cash flow, and headcount forecasts, to ensure timely and accurate strategic and operational decision-making.
  • • Administer enterprise financial reporting processes by preparing insightful management dashboards, conducting thorough variance analyses, reporting on key performance indicators (KPIs), and creating Board-ready materials on a monthly and quarterly basis.
  • • Analyze intricate financial and operational data to identify critical trends, performance gaps, and underlying root causes, presenting findings with clear, actionable recommendations to functional leaders.
  • • Design, document, and continuously improve scalable FP&A processes, systems, and controls to effectively support a rapidly growing SaaS organization and its evolving needs.
  • • Partner closely with Sales and Sales Operations teams to analyze bookings performance, pipeline trends, revenue forecasts, and sales productivity metrics, providing insights to inform strategic planning and compensation alignment.
  • • Support internal and external financial reporting requirements by closely coordinating with the Accounting department to ensure seamless alignment between forecasts, actuals, and US GAAP reporting standards.
  • • Develop and maintain sophisticated financial models to evaluate strategic initiatives, including pricing changes, cost optimization strategies, and investment scenarios, providing data-driven support for critical business decisions.
  • • Provide robust support for mergers and acquisitions (M&A) activities by conducting detailed financial modeling, scenario analysis, due diligence support, and assisting with the post-acquisition integration of financial and operational metrics.
  • • Deliver ad hoc financial analysis to executive leadership to evaluate emerging risks, capitalize on opportunities, and inform resource allocation decisions.
  • • Lead, develop, and manage FP&A team members by setting clear performance expectations, rigorously reviewing work product, and ensuring high standards of analytical rigor, accuracy, and efficiency.
  • • Present financial results and forward-looking projections to executive stakeholders, clearly articulating key drivers, potential risks, and recommended strategic actions.
  • • Drive the adoption and utilization of AI-first technologies and advanced analytics within FP&A to enhance forecasting accuracy, reporting efficiency, and the depth of business insights.
  • • Act as a key finance business partner to the General Manager and functional leaders of the Corporate Social Responsibility business unit, providing strategic financial guidance and support.
  • • Ensure financial plans and forecasts are aligned with Bonterra’s overall strategic objectives and operational goals, contributing to the company's mission of increasing giving to 3% of US GDP.
  • • Collaborate with IT and other relevant departments to implement and optimize financial planning and reporting systems, ensuring scalability and data integrity.
  • • Proactively identify opportunities for process automation and efficiency gains within the FP&A function, leveraging technology to streamline workflows and reduce manual effort.
  • • Contribute to the development of long-range financial plans that support the company's growth trajectory and strategic priorities.
  • • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and analytical excellence within the FP&A team, encouraging professional development and knowledge sharing.
  • • Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations and internal controls, maintaining the highest standards of financial integrity.
  • • Translate complex financial data into clear, concise narratives that resonate with both financial and non-financial stakeholders, facilitating informed decision-making across the organization.
  • • Support the development and tracking of key operational metrics that drive business performance and align with financial targets.
  • • Prepare financial models and analyses for potential new business ventures, partnerships, or strategic investments.
  • • Oversee the development and maintenance of the departmental budget, ensuring alignment with overall corporate financial goals.
  • • Provide financial insights and support for pricing strategies, customer acquisition costs, and customer lifetime value analyses within the SaaS model.
  • • Champion data-driven decision-making by providing robust analytical support for all major business initiatives and investments.
  • • Ensure the FP&A function operates with a high degree of accuracy, timeliness, and business acumen, serving as a trusted advisor to leadership.
