- • As Director of FP&A for North America Mobility at WEX Inc., you will lead financial planning and analysis across the North American Fleet, Small Business Fleet, and Global Marketing organizations, serving as a strategic partner to senior executives and driving enterprise-wide finance transformation.
- • You will oversee a team of managers and analysts, own full P&L accountability, and lead budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning processes while influencing business leaders to achieve short- and long-term goals.
- • You will integrate with LOB leadership to deliver financial insights, develop marketing investment return metrics, monitor macroeconomic factors, and ensure timely month-end close processes aligned with public reporting standards.
- • You will lead and develop your team through coaching, succession planning, and empowerment, drive process improvement and automation, and partner with HR on strategic workforce planning to build future-ready capabilities.
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field required; MBA, CPA, or other advanced certifications strongly preferred.
- • 8-10 years of progressive experience in financial planning & analysis, corporate finance, or strategic finance, with at least 5 years in a leadership role; experience in global, matrixed organizations in technology, payments, or SaaS highly desirable.
- • Demonstrated success in leading and developing high-performing teams, including managers, with proven ability to motivate, coach, and build bench strength in fast-paced environments.
- • Strong analytical and business acumen, with proven ability to connect financial insights to business strategy and influence executive decision-making.
- • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, capable of presenting complex financial information clearly and confidently to executive stakeholders.
- • Advanced Excel skills required; strong proficiency in financial systems (e.g., Hyperion, Anaplan, Oracle, Alteryx) and dashboarding tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) preferred.
