  • • Lead the development and execution of Foodservice & On-Premise (FSOP) strategies, translating commercial strategy into clear, actionable direction for FSOP and field teams.
  • • Oversee performance monitoring, analysis, and communication of pre- and post-execution results for FSOP initiatives.
  • • Build and sustain strong relationships with Coca-Cola Beverages Florida (Coke Florida) leadership and FSOP partners to align short- and long-term business priorities.
  • • Serve as the primary point of contact for all FSOP-related activities, providing capability building and clear executional guidance to internal and external teams.
  • • Partner cross-functionally with commercial, marketing, revenue growth management, and other teams to maximize opportunities across the FSOP channel.
  • • Conduct opportunity assessments including competitive analysis and PicOS (Picture of Success) recommendations for market expansion and integration.
  • • Leverage internal tools and resources related to channel, asset, and brand strategies to support customer-specific plans and initiatives.
  • • Host key strategic meetings with internal stakeholders and external bottler partners to drive alignment and execution.
  • • Apply analytical use of account performance data tools to inform plans, identify opportunities, and steward customer relationships.
  • • Demonstrate advanced strategic thinking and application in forecasting and planning for both immediate and long-term business outcomes.
  • • Interpret consumer behavior, brand strategies, channel dynamics, and customer needs to drive actionable commercial decisions.
  • • Travel 25–50% heavily concentrated in Tampa, Orlando, and surrounding geographic territories in Florida.
  • • Ensure alignment with annual joint business planning processes to deliver volume, revenue, and profitability targets for the FSOP channel.
  • • Drive value creation, increase beverage incidence, and improve profitability through targeted field execution, merchandising, promotions, and distribution activities.
  • • Utilize strong oral and written communication skills to craft persuasive selling stories and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • • Maintain accountability for commercial execution outcomes and business performance metrics tied to the FSOP channel.

🎯 Requirements

  • • Bachelor’s Degree or relevant experience
  • • 7+ years of sales experience within a CPG environment
  • • Must be based in Tampa or South Florida
  • • Customer Relationship Management (CRM) experience
  • • Advanced Strategic Thinking & Application with proven Forecasting and Planning skills (immediate & long-term)
  • • Previous Franchise, Customer, or Retail experience
