- • The Director, Franchise Operations - Advanced Hydration role at The Coca-Cola Company is critical to driving brand growth and operational excellence across the North American foodservice distributor network by leading strategic partnerships, managing supply chain initiatives, and activating category innovations like Freestyle and Fairlife.
- • Day to day, the person will manage collaborative business planning with strategic goals, develop and execute partnership initiatives and category programs, visit customers to identify growth opportunities, create Account Business Plans, build relationships with internal and external decision makers, collaborate with bottling partners and distributors to enhance sales capability, develop direct supply chain strategies for efficiencies, monitor competitive activities, lead stewardship routines with distributors, activate category innovations at national and local levels, and champion change by eliminating service barriers to ensure superior distributor customer service.

🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
- • 5+ years of national sales experience within the beverage or CPG industries
- • Ability to lead, prioritize, collaborate, and execute complex projects
- • Relationship management knowledge of suppliers, contractors, and bottlers, including third-party supplier/contractor culture and core competencies
- • Knowledge of supplier capabilities and performance to enhance and manage relationships, specifically with foodservice distributor suppliers
- • Supply chain operations and transportation expertise, including understanding of transportation planning and management of DPU, Intermodal, and Over-the-Road carrier networks
- • Ability to seek alternatives and recommend best solutions that gain all parties’ support and lead to win-win results
