Director, Fraud Detection

📋 Description

• • As Director, Fraud Detection, you will serve as the enterprise leader responsible for defining and advancing Risepoint’s end-to-end fraud prevention, detection, and mitigation strategy across the student lifecycle, protecting the integrity of processes while enabling a seamless student experience.
• • You will own and evolve fraud detection for the student lifecycle, establish a unified fraud framework, partner cross-functionally with technology, data, operations, compliance, and external vendors, evaluate fraud tools and data signals, collaborate on fraud review processes, define fraud metrics and reporting, stay ahead of emerging fraud trends, partner with university stakeholders, define scalable practices, collaborate with legal and compliance teams, and establish governance frameworks for fraud case handling.
