📋 Description

• • The Director of Global Benefits is a strategic leader responsible for designing, managing, and evolving the organization’s global benefits strategy across all countries of operation, ensuring programs are competitive, compliant, cost-effective, culturally relevant, and aligned with the company’s total rewards philosophy.
• • Day to day, the role involves developing and executing a comprehensive global benefits strategy, designing and managing benefit programs (health, retirement, insurance, time-off, wellness, ancillary), leading global harmonization efforts, serving as the primary internal advisor on global benefits trends, ensuring compliance with local regulations, partnering with Legal and external counsel on audits and filings, evaluating governance structures, overseeing global vendors and brokers, leading RFPs and contract negotiations, managing benefits budgets and financial projections, analyzing plan performance and utilization trends, and supporting special projects as requested.
• • The team operates within Precision Medicine Group, a global precision medicine clinical research services organization that integrates clinical operations, laboratory expertise, and advanced data sciences to improve therapeutic development across oncology and rare disease trials at all stages.
• • In this role, the person can learn and achieve strategic influence over global total rewards, deepen expertise in multinational regulatory environments, lead large-scale vendor negotiations and financial oversight, drive innovation in wellbeing and harmonization initiatives, and shape benefits strategy for a fast-growing, mission-driven organization at the forefront of precision medicine.
