- • Lead a global team of production operations leaders across North America, Europe, and Asia to ensure operational excellence in content delivery across brands, markets, and channels.
- • Oversee the production of thousands of content projects annually across web, CRM, Veeva, digital, print, localization, modular content, and omnichannel platforms.
- • Establish and govern the global content supply chain operating model, including service levels, standardized workflows, and production controls to ensure quality, compliance, and efficiency.
- • Drive adoption of automation, AI-enabled tools, and modular content solutions to improve productivity, scalability, and content reuse while reducing cycle times and costs.
- • Partner with Content Excellence, Brand, Technology, Medical, Legal, Regulatory, and Commercial teams to align production capabilities with evolving business and regulatory needs.
- • Manage a global ecosystem of production agencies, creative partners, localization providers, and content operations vendors, ensuring performance meets quality, service, and business expectations.
- • Define, monitor, and report on KPIs related to production speed, quality, compliance, cost efficiency, capacity utilization, and stakeholder satisfaction.
- • Develop and implement vendor performance frameworks and governance processes to optimize external spend and improve scalability of service delivery.
- • Lead organizational talent development and foster a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and operational discipline within the global content production function.
- • Serve as a key business advocate for content supply chain technologies, maximizing value realization from automation platforms and AI-enabled production systems.
- • Identify and scale GenAI use cases that increase content throughput and support business growth without proportional increases in cost or resources.
- • Ensure consistent, compliant, and high-quality content delivery across all regions and channels while maintaining alignment with life sciences regulatory standards.
- • Build strategic partnerships to integrate production operations with broader marketing and commercial strategies, enabling seamless omnichannel execution.
- • Manage global production budgets, forecasting, and resource allocation to ensure cost-effective and efficient operations across all geographies.
- • Translate high-level content strategy into detailed implementation plans with clear milestones, ownership, and performance metrics.
- • Navigate ambiguity and lead change in a dynamic, regulated marketing environment with evolving technology and compliance requirements.
🎯 Requirements
- • Doctorate degree and 4 years of experience in global content production operations, content supply chain management, and digital/omnichannel content delivery
- • Master’s degree and 7 years of experience in global content production operations, content supply chain management, and digital/omnichannel content delivery
- • Bachelor’s degree and 9 years of experience in global content production operations, content supply chain management, and digital/omnichannel content delivery
- • Proven experience managing global production teams and vendor ecosystems across multiple regions
- • Demonstrated success in implementing automation, AI, and modular content solutions in a regulated industry
- • Strong project and stakeholder management skills with a record of cross-functional collaboration in matrixed environments
