- • As Director, Global Sales Operations at Horizon3.ai, you will lead the Sales Operations pillar within the Revenue Operations organization, reporting to the VP of Revenue Operations, and own the processes, insights, and tooling that make the sales team more effective and the revenue engine more predictable in a fast-growing, remote-first cybersecurity company.
- • You will partner closely with the CRO, sales leaders, and GTM leaders across direct, channel, and public sector segments to drive operational excellence and scale, translating RevOps strategy into concrete Sales Ops roadmaps while owning forecasting, pipeline inspection, and sales performance metrics.
- • The Sales Operations team is a small, high-performing unit focused on sales process, analytics, and systems, operating within a culture of respect, collaboration, ownership, and results, composed of former U.S. Special Operations cyber operators, startup engineers, and frustrated cybersecurity practitioners turned innovators.
- • In this role, you will build and scale sales forecasting, pipeline management, and process frameworks that improve predictability and performance, while developing a trusted data foundation and enabling sales compensation planning, territory design, and CRM governance.
- • You will gain deep exposure to enterprise, public sector, and channel-led sales motions in a high-growth B2B SaaS environment, sharpening your ability to influence cross-functional decisions through data-driven narratives and operational innovation.
- • Over the first 6–12 months, you will deliver outcomes including standardized forecasting, end-to-end sales process design, trusted sales dashboards, territory and capacity modeling, compensation plan operationalization, CRM hygiene standards, and a scalable sales operating cadence that integrates with the broader Revenue Operations rhythm.
🎯 Requirements
- • Proven success in a Sales Operations leadership role within high-growth B2B SaaS; experience in cybersecurity or infrastructure software is a plus.
- • Demonstrated ability to build and scale sales forecasting, pipeline management, and sales process frameworks that improve predictability and performance.
- • Deep, hands-on experience with CRM (e.g., Salesforce) and core GTM tools; able to translate business needs into practical system/process design and governance.
- • Strong analytical skills with experience in sales performance analysis, capacity modeling, and territory/quota planning.
- • Experience managing and developing a small, high-caliber operations team, including analysts and systems/process owners.
- • Excellent verbal and written communication; able to simplify complexity and drive alignment across technical and non-technical stakeholders.
