As a leader within our Go-To-Market (GTM) Operations team, you will be instrumental in bridging the gap between high-level company strategy and effective field execution, empowering our teams to achieve their full potential.

  • • In this Director role, you will lead a talented team of Enablement Managers, acting as a strategic advisor to executive leadership. Your purview will encompass a wide range of critical enablement areas, including comprehensive onboarding programs for new hires, ensuring product and launch readiness for all relevant teams, developing robust skills development frameworks, establishing effective coaching methodologies, managing internal communications, overseeing knowledge management systems, and implementing AI-powered productivity solutions. You will be the essential connective tissue, ensuring that our strategic objectives translate into tangible, successful actions by our customer-facing teams.
  • • Success in this role is directly tied to demonstrable business outcomes. You will be responsible for defining, tracking, and owning key performance indicators (KPIs) that measure critical metrics such as quota attainment, ramp time for new sales and customer success representatives, win rates on deals, product adoption by customers, expansion of customer lifecycle value, and overall execution consistency across the GTM organization. While the scope of this role is highly strategic, it demands a hands-on operator who can not only set a clear direction but also build scalable, repeatable systems and drive widespread adoption of enablement initiatives across diverse, cross-functional stakeholders.
  • • Your responsibilities will include:
  • • Developing and executing a multi-year GTM enablement strategy aligned with company objectives and market dynamics.
  • • Designing and implementing world-class onboarding programs that accelerate time-to-productivity for new hires in sales, customer success, and other GTM roles.
  • • Creating and managing ongoing training and development programs focused on product knowledge, sales methodologies, customer success best practices, and competitive landscape awareness.
  • • Establishing and refining coaching frameworks and best practices to enhance individual and team performance.
  • • Leading the strategy and execution for product launch readiness, ensuring all GTM teams are equipped to effectively position and sell new features and offerings.
  • • Overseeing the development and maintenance of a centralized, easily accessible knowledge base and resource library.
  • • Identifying and implementing innovative solutions, including AI-powered tools, to enhance productivity and efficiency within GTM teams.
  • • Collaborating closely with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success leadership to ensure alignment and drive adoption of enablement programs.
  • • Defining and tracking key metrics to measure the effectiveness and ROI of enablement initiatives, reporting on progress to executive leadership.
  • • Fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the GTM organization.
  • • Managing and mentoring a team of Enablement Managers, providing guidance, support, and professional development opportunities.
  • • Staying abreast of industry trends and best practices in GTM enablement to ensure Squire remains at the forefront of operational excellence.
