📋 Description

• • As Director of GTM Technology & Operations at Fleetio, you will lead the execution engine behind go-to-market systems, programs, and processes to support scalable growth, ensure data trust, and drive team efficiency across sales, marketing, customer experience, finance, and product.
• • You will drive alignment across GTM and technology teams, own the GTM program portfolio and prioritization, partner with leadership to translate progress into business impact, and act as a GTM operator by identifying funnel friction and improving conversion, velocity, and revenue efficiency.
• • Fleetio is a modern fleet management software platform that raised $450M in Series D funding in March 2025, serves thousands of organizations globally, and is a founding member of the Rails Foundation, with a mission to make fleet operations easier and more efficient.
• • You will build operational rigor through PMO governance, support GTM technology budgeting and resource planning, define and track metrics connecting system performance to business outcomes, scale lead-to-cash systems, lead cross-functional delivery, drive change management, and build and develop a team of program managers and operations professionals focused on ownership and measurable outcomes.
