- • Own the end-to-end P&L for WatchGuard’s Identity business line, translating market insight into a multi-year growth plan that delivers >30 % year-over-year revenue expansion while deepening cross-sell penetration across the WatchGuard Unified Security Platform.
- • Architect and socialize a cohesive identity product strategy that spans MFA, SSO, privileged access, and identity threat detection; prioritize roadmap investments that accelerate new-logo acquisition and expand wallet-share within our 250,000+ customer base and 18,000-strong partner ecosystem.
- • Serve as the single-threaded leader who orchestrates Engineering, Sales, Marketing, Finance, Compliance, and Channel teams—translating complex identity concepts into crisp business cases that secure executive buy-in and resource allocation.
- • Drive field success by equipping WatchGuard sales reps and MSP/MSSP partners with competitive positioning, ROI models, demo scripts, and co-marketing campaigns that shorten sales cycles and increase average deal size.
- • Establish and monitor OKRs and financial KPIs (ARR, churn, NPS, gross margin) that are reported bi-weekly to the SVP of Product Management and executive leadership; pivot tactics rapidly when metrics deviate from plan.
- • Champion Zero Trust architecture across the portfolio, ensuring every identity workflow aligns with NIST, ISO 27001, and emerging regulatory mandates—turning compliance into a competitive differentiator.
- • Lead post-merger identity integrations for future acquisitions, harmonizing user directories, authentication flows, and policy engines while minimizing customer disruption and maximizing synergies.
- • Evangelize WatchGuard’s identity vision at board meetings, industry conferences, webinars, and customer advisory boards—translating technical depth into compelling narratives that influence analysts, press, and enterprise buyers.
- • Mentor and scale a high-performing product team, fostering psychological safety, inclusive decision-making, and continuous learning so that every member delivers outsized impact.
- • Continuously scan the threat landscape for emerging identity risks (credential stuffing, MFA bypass, AI-driven phishing) and translate those insights into roadmap features that keep customers ahead of attackers.
- • Optimize pricing and packaging across subscription tiers, usage-based models, and partner incentives—balancing revenue growth with customer lifetime value and channel profitability.
- • Collaborate with Customer Success to design onboarding journeys and health-score metrics that reduce time-to-value and drive expansion revenue within 90 days of deployment.
