  • • As the Director of Insights at Tinuiti, you will lead the development of holistic, enterprise-level measurement frameworks that move beyond channel-specific metrics to capture total business impact, directly supporting the company’s mission to eliminate waste and scale what works through its proprietary Bliss Point technology.
  • • Day to day, you will design and oversee multi-year learning agendas and sophisticated testing roadmaps (including incrementality and geo-testing), build and maintain deep relationships with senior client stakeholders (VP and C-level), serve as the strategic connection between Planning, Investment, and Strategy teams, and mentor junior analysts while partnering with BI and Data Engineering leads to ensure data infrastructure supports strategic vision.

  • • In this role, you will develop and publish internal and external POVs on emerging trends (e.g., demise of third-party cookies, AI in marketing, evolution of retail media), distill complex statistical concepts into compelling business narratives for non-technical audiences, and have direct reports at the Manager or Sr. Analyst level, responsible for their career development, goal tracking, delegation, and feedback.

🎯 Requirements

  • • 10+ years of experience in marketing analytics, business intelligence, or management consulting, with at least 4 years in a high-level client-facing leadership role
  • • Proven track record of designing measurement frameworks for global brands, with a focus on long-term brand health and enterprise-level ROI
  • • Deep familiarity with Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM) and Incrementality testing, including understanding their limitations and strengths
  • • Prior experience in the CPG/Retail sector, including familiarity with IRI/Nielsen data and path-to-purchase nuances in a fragmented retail landscape
  • • Exceptional presentation skills; ability to command a room and influence senior decision-makers through clarity, confidence, and commercial acumen
  • • Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Marketing, Business) or equivalent experience; MBA or Master’s in a related field is a plus
