- • As the Director, Integrations at SmartBug Media, you will be at the forefront of our most complex and technically challenging projects, specializing in CRM integration and migration. You will serve as our leading authority on transitioning clients from various CRM platforms to HubSpot, as well as architecting and implementing robust, scalable custom integrations that drive significant business value.

- • You will be instrumental in shaping and refining our integration delivery methodologies. This involves not just executing projects, but also defining best practices, developing repeatable processes, and ensuring the highest standards of quality and efficiency across all integration initiatives.

- • Your responsibilities will span the entire project lifecycle, from initial client consultation and technical discovery to solution design, implementation, testing, and post-launch support. You will collaborate closely with sales, account management, and other delivery teams to ensure seamless project execution and client satisfaction.
- • You will be expected to stay abreast of the latest trends and technologies in CRM, integration platforms, and AI, and to proactively identify opportunities to leverage these advancements in our client solutions. This includes evaluating new tools, techniques, and methodologies that can enhance our service offerings and provide a competitive edge.
- • Architecting and leading the implementation of complex data migrations from disparate CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, Zoho, etc.) to HubSpot, ensuring data integrity, accuracy, and minimal disruption to client operations.
- • Designing and developing custom integration solutions using APIs, middleware, and other integration technologies to connect HubSpot with various third-party applications (e.g., ERP systems, marketing automation tools, customer support platforms, e-commerce solutions).
- • Conducting in-depth technical discovery sessions with clients to understand their existing CRM infrastructure, business processes, data structures, and integration requirements.
- • Developing comprehensive integration strategies and roadmaps tailored to each client's unique needs and objectives, ensuring alignment with their overall business goals.
- • Overseeing the technical aspects of project delivery, including solution design, configuration, development, testing (unit, integration, user acceptance), and deployment.

- • Proven experience architecting and leading complex CRM integration and migration projects, with a strong emphasis on moving clients to HubSpot from other platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics).

- • Demonstrated ability to design, develop, and implement robust, scalable custom integration solutions.
