- • Lead and build a team of four revenue operations professionals supporting Vanta’s international go-to-market (GTM) organization across pre-sales and post-sales functions in EMEA and APAC.
- • Own the operational rhythm for EMEA and APAC revenue teams, including forecasting, pipeline inspection, territory management, and quarterly business reviews to ensure alignment with revenue targets.
- • Partner directly with international sales leadership to improve forecast accuracy, identify pipeline gaps, and eliminate friction points in the sales process across multiple regions.
- • Design, implement, and scale standardized processes for lead routing, opportunity management, compensation administration, and performance tracking tailored to regional requirements while maintaining global consistency.
- • Serve as the primary operational escalation point for international GTM teams, resolving issues with speed and rigor while balancing efficiency and compliance.
- • Collaborate closely with global Revenue Operations leadership, Business Systems, and GTM Analytics teams to align systems, reporting, and data standards across geographies.
- • Drive revenue predictability and operational efficiency by translating complex data into actionable insights, recommendations, and process improvements for international leadership.
- • Ensure seamless coordination between pre-sales (SDR, sales) and post-sales (Customer Success, Account Management) operations functions to optimize the customer lifecycle across EMEA and APAC.
- • Act as a strategic advisor to international sales and customer success leaders by providing data-driven guidance on territory planning, resource allocation, and performance optimization.
- • Leverage AI tools responsibly to enhance operational efficiency, improve decision-making, and amplify team productivity while maintaining sound judgment and ethical application.
- • Maintain deep familiarity with regional nuances including time zones, local compliance requirements, and cross-border GTM dynamics to ensure effective execution in EMEA and APAC markets.
- • Champion cross-functional collaboration with finance, marketing, and systems teams to align operational workflows with broader business goals and reporting needs.
- • Promote a culture of accountability, transparency, and continuous improvement within the international revenue operations team to support Vanta’s rapid global expansion.
- • Ensure all operational frameworks are scalable, repeatable, and adaptable to support Vanta’s growth across new international markets.
- • Monitor and refine key metrics related to pipeline health, conversion rates, comp plan effectiveness, and forecasting precision to drive measurable revenue impact.
- • Maintain proficiency in Salesforce administration, reporting, and GTM analytics to oversee system configurations, dashboard accuracy, and data integrity for international teams.
- • Provide leadership in the adoption and responsible use of AI technologies to streamline manual workflows, reduce operational overhead, and increase team capacity.
- • Act as a bridge between global RevOps strategy and local market execution, ensuring alignment without sacrificing regional adaptability.
🎯 Requirements
- • 8+ years of revenue operations experience in high-growth B2B SaaS, with at least 3+ years managing teams
- • Deep expertise in Salesforce administration, reporting, and GTM analytics; proficient in building scalable operational frameworks
- • Proven track record leading international operations (EMEA and/or APAC), with understanding of regional nuances, time zones, and cross-border GTM motions
- • Strong stakeholder management skills with experience partnering with senior sales leaders, finance, marketing, and systems teams
- • Highly analytical and data-driven decision maker who can translate complex data into actionable insights and clear recommendations
- • Experience managing both pre-sales (SDR, sales) and post-sales (CS, AM) operations functions
