  • The Director, K-12 Strategic Account Manager drives growth and achieves sales goals for College Board programs and services within an assigned territory in Illinois, leading the execution of state strategy and district-level sales by identifying opportunities, advancing conversations, and closing agreements that expand access to College Board programs.
  • Day to day, the role involves developing multi-year growth strategies for complex districts or statewide initiatives, building and maintaining account management planning processes, analyzing market data and performance trends to inform strategy, managing a robust sales pipeline in Salesforce, leading executive-level planning engagements with district and state leaders, and providing strategic oversight for major partnership agreements.
  • The Midwest Regional K-12 team at College Board is a high-performing, mission-driven group that combines consultative sales expertise with a deep commitment to providing opportunities to students, partnering with educators in high schools, school districts, and education leaders to expand access to College Board programs and services, especially for underserved backgrounds.
  • In this role, the person can learn to shape regional strategy development, influence statewide approaches to equitable access, combine sales expertise with data-driven insights and compelling communication to drive action, and contribute to long-term partnership growth while advancing educational opportunity across Illinois.
