The position is designed for experienced rainmakers who want to lead high-impact valuation engagements while building and owning their book of business with real financial upside tied directly to performance.
- • The role involves leading complex valuation and advisory engagements from start to finish, managing end-to-end client relationships with entrepreneurs, board members, high-net-worth executives, private equity sponsors, and professional advisors such as attorneys, tax specialists, and auditors. Success requires deep technical expertise, strong business development skills, and the ability to deliver trusted advisory services in a boutique, entrepreneurial environment.

🎯 Requirements
- • 8+ years of experience in valuation, financial advisory, or a closely related field
- • Proven track record as a Senior Manager, Director, or Partner-track professional with a portable book of business
- • Strong technical expertise in valuation methodologies and experience advising HNW individuals, PE sponsors, boards, and entrepreneurs
- • Relevant professional designations such as ASA, ABV, CFA, or CVA are preferred
- • Ability to work independently in a remote environment while maintaining high levels of client engagement and business development
