📋 Description
- • Serve as Ameresco’s primary point of contact for MHPI partners at the Director and Regional leadership level.
- • Maintain executive-level engagement with MHPI ownership and operating partners.
- • Own customer relationship health and serve as the escalation point for cross-functional issues.
- • Coordinate with Ameresco Development, Engineering, Construction, and O&M teams.
- • Translate MHPI operational realities into actionable delivery guidance.
- • Support transitions from development and construction into steady-state operations.
- • Identify and resolve early indicators of operational friction.
- • Lead structured issue resolution with internal and external stakeholders.
- • Establish and manage operating cadence, issue logs, and escalation protocols.
- • Drive consistency across Ameresco’s MHPI engagements.
- • Develop repeatable operating playbooks and lessons learned.
- • Support continuous improvement initiatives.
- • Operate effectively in a matrixed environment without direct line authority.
- • Provide leadership through influence and executive credibility.
- • Advise senior leadership on MHPI portfolio strategy and risk.
- • Perform other duties as required.
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
- • Minimum 10 years of experience in military housing, privatized housing, or large-scale residential operations.
- • Demonstrated experience interfacing with regional or portfolio-level MHPI leadership.
- • Strong understanding of development, construction, and operations integration.
