📋 Description
- • Own the end-to-end product roadmap for Sparklight Mobile, including pricing, packaging, promotions, and device compatibility across eSIM, physical SIM, and BYOD onboarding flows.
- • Lead the design and optimization of mobile activation, port-in success, and customer lifecycle management processes to maximize conversion and retention.
- • Define and enforce fraud prevention protocols, eligibility rules, and operational guardrails to ensure secure and compliant mobile service delivery.
- • Build and own business cases, financial models, and investment recommendations to guide mobile product decisions and secure cross-functional buy-in.
- • Drive converged product strategies that bundle mobile services with broadband, streaming, and connected home offerings to increase household penetration and ARPU.
- • Manage commercial relationships with MVNEs, MNOs, and device ecosystem partners, including contract negotiations, roadmap alignment, and partner readiness for new launches.
- • Own and improve key mobile KPIs including attach rates, activation success, port-in completion, ARPU, and churn through data-driven analysis and iterative improvements.
- • Analyze market trends and competitive positioning to ensure Sparklight Mobile remains differentiated and relevant in a dynamic wireless landscape.
- • Serve as the internal advocate for the mobile customer, ensuring product development delivers meaningful, customer-centric value across all touchpoints.
- • Partner with Marketing, Sales, Customer Experience, Billing, Engineering, and Digital teams to ensure seamless product launches and operational readiness.
- • Collaborate with the Mobile Operations Manager to translate strategic product vision into reliable, scalable day-to-day execution.
- • Operate with startup-like agility within an established broadband brand, balancing autonomy with accountability to senior leadership.

- • Ensure mobile and broadband convergence bundles are launched successfully and contribute measurably to household retention and revenue growth.
- • Improve digital onboarding experiences, including eSIM provisioning and activation flows, to reduce friction and increase customer satisfaction.
- • Strengthen MVNE and carrier partner relationships through clear communication, mutual roadmap alignment, and joint performance tracking.
- • Position Sparklight Mobile as a credible, growing, and differentiated wireless offering both internally and externally.
🎯 Requirements

- • 7+ years of product management or product leadership experience in wireless, telecom, or a closely adjacent field
- • Hands-on experience with eSIM provisioning, digital activation flows, and BYOD onboarding
- • Demonstrated success growing a mobile subscriber base from an early or mid-stage baseline
