- • Your primary focus will not be on centrally owning all learning programs, but rather on strategically influencing and enhancing capability building across the entire organization. This will be achieved through a blend of experiential learning, constructive feedback mechanisms, effective leadership practices, and the thoughtful design of development programs where they are most impactful.
- • You will act as a unifying force, connecting different parts of the organization and infusing fresh perspectives on how development and behavior change occur in the workplace.

- • In your role as a People Leader, you will be responsible for guiding, developing, and supporting the managers and employees within your teams. This includes setting clear strategic direction, fostering an environment where individuals can perform at their best, and ensuring accountability for results.
- • You will also manage the essential budgets, vendor relationships, and systems that your teams rely on, ensuring efficient operations and demonstrable value delivery.
- • As a Development Expert, you will serve as a trusted internal advisor on leadership and employee development. You will provide insightful guidance and strategic recommendations to portfolio teams upon request, leveraging your deep understanding of adult learning principles and behavior change.
- • You will actively research and integrate emerging thinking on how people learn and adapt, translating these insights into innovative development approaches tailored for Harris.

- • You will lead or actively support key culture and engagement initiatives, such as mentorship programs, employee feedback surveys, and the development of inclusive 'Culture of Belonging' communities.
- • By analyzing employee feedback and engagement insights, you will identify opportunities to enhance team environments, foster greater trust, and improve collaboration across the company.
- • You will oversee the shared platforms, vendors, and tools that underpin our development, culture, and talent practices, ensuring they are managed effectively, remain compliant, and are responsive to evolving business needs.
- • In the realm of Shared Talent and Mobility Practices, you will maintain and refine shared recruiting and mobility frameworks, including selection guides, candidate communication protocols, and redeployment guidelines.
- • You will provide crucial support to the Talent Acquisition Community of Practice and the shared recruiting tools utilized throughout the organization.
- • A significant part of your mandate will be to Encourage Experimentation and New Approaches. You will proactively explore how advancements in technology, including AI, can be leveraged to enhance employee learning and development experiences.
- • You will champion and support pilot programs and innovative ideas aimed at strengthening organizational capabilities over time.
- • Utilizing data, insights, and talent metrics, you will gain a comprehensive understanding of where capabilities are advancing and identify areas requiring focused attention and development.
