• • The Director of AI Analytics will define how data, insight, and AI drive decision-making across Sur La Table, serving as the analytical hub of the organization to transform data into actionable recommendations that impact eCommerce, Marketing, Finance, Retail, Merchandising, Inventory Planning, and Operations.
• • Day to day, the role involves establishing analytical standards, governing AI-enabled workflows, ensuring data integrity, and elevating decision-making processes company-wide, while reporting to the Senior Director of Ecommerce and collaborating cross-functionally to embed insights into business strategy.
• • Sur La Table is a premium kitchen and table goods retailer with 58 stores and the largest avocational cooking program in the US, dedicated to creating happiness through cooking and sharing good food, with a mission-driven culture focused on customer experience and culinary expertise.
• • The person in this role will learn to lead enterprise-wide AI and analytics strategy, gain deep exposure to retail and eCommerce operations, and achieve measurable impact by turning complex data into clear business actions that drive growth and efficiency.
