- • Assort Health Inc. is seeking a visionary and results-driven Director of Brand and Content Marketing to spearhead our brand narrative and content strategy, ensuring a powerful and consistent market presence. This pivotal leadership role is instrumental in shaping how Assort Health is perceived by healthcare executives, operators, and clinical leaders, establishing us as a credible, differentiated, and memorable force in the healthcare AI landscape.
- • In this 0 → 1 leadership position, you will be responsible for building the foundational strategy, establishing robust systems, and scaling a high-impact content engine designed to fuel demand generation, accelerate sales cycles, and cultivate long-term brand equity. Your work will directly contribute to Assort Health's mission of making exceptional healthcare accessible anytime, anywhere, for everyone.
- • You will own the overarching brand strategy and narrative, translating Assort Health's core positioning, unique voice, and storytelling framework into compelling communications across all channels and for diverse audiences. This includes ensuring absolute consistency and clear differentiation in our website presence, marketing campaigns, content assets, event materials, public relations efforts, and executive communications.
- • A key responsibility will be to build and scale a high-impact content engine that spans the entire buyer journey. This involves developing a comprehensive content strategy encompassing thought leadership pieces, insightful blog posts, in-depth whitepapers, impactful reports, compelling case studies, engaging videos, and sophisticated executive-level narratives.
- • The content you create will be strategically aligned to directly support demand generation initiatives, empower sales enablement efforts, enhance event experiences, and bolster product launches. You will be tasked with balancing the crucial objectives of building brand awareness with driving tangible pipeline impact.
- • You will be instrumental in establishing a repeatable and scalable content production process, complete with clear prioritization frameworks and robust ROI measurement to ensure maximum effectiveness and efficiency.
- • A significant aspect of this role involves positioning Assort Health as a definitive category leader. This will be achieved by developing a sophisticated thought leadership and point-of-view (POV) strategy that elevates our executives and clearly differentiates us within the competitive arenas of healthcare, health IT, and artificial intelligence.
- • You will collaborate closely with the Events & Field Marketing teams to bring our brand and content strategies to life through participation in key industry conferences, executive forums, and Assort Health-hosted proprietary events, creating memorable and impactful experiences.
- • Driving measurable Go-To-Market (GTM) impact is a core objective. You will partner with the Demand Generation team to craft content that effectively drives engagement, conversion, and pipeline growth across paid, organic, and Account-Based Marketing (ABM) programs.
- • Close collaboration with Product Marketing is essential to support product launches, showcase customer success through compelling proof points, and refine sales narratives with powerful storytelling and creative assets.
- • You will be responsible for defining and rigorously tracking key success metrics for both brand and content initiatives, including audience engagement, influence on sales pipeline, and adoption rates by the sales team.
- • Looking ahead, you will build for scale by hiring, managing, and developing a high-performing team of content and brand marketers over time, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
- • This role is highly cross-functional, requiring close partnership with Product Marketing, Demand Generation, Events & Field Marketing, Sales, and the Executive Team to ensure seamless integration, clarity, and maximum impact across all GTM activities. The Director of Brand and Content Marketing reports directly to the VP of Marketing.
