We are seeking a visionary Director of Brand and Communications to join our dynamic marketing team during a pivotal growth phase. This leadership role is instrumental in defining and scaling our enterprise narrative, elevating market perception, and building a category-defining brand.
- • Reporting directly to the VP of Marketing, and collaborating closely with the CEO and executive leadership team, you will be the architect of our external presence. You will own how Eleos Health communicates its value proposition to the market, shaping our corporate narrative and establishing the essential communications and brand infrastructure to support rapid scaling.
- • This is a unique opportunity for a seasoned leader to transition from operating within an established framework to building and shaping the narrative of a category leader. You will have significant executive access, broad enterprise influence, and the autonomy to architect the brand and communications function from the ground up.
- • The ideal candidate is an enterprise storyteller and brand architect with a proven ability to translate complex business strategies into impactful market narratives. You possess the strategic depth of a senior communications leader but are energized by the prospect of building programs from scratch and shaping perception to create a durable narrative advantage in a high-growth company. - • *Key Responsibilities include:**
- • **Corporate Narrative & Messaging Architecture:** Define, refine, and operationalize Eleos Health's core corporate narrative. Ensure this narrative is deeply aligned with our platform vision, clearly articulates our market differentiation, and supports our overarching growth strategy. Translate complex business and product strategies into compelling, consistent messaging frameworks tailored for diverse audiences, including customers, partners, industry analysts, media, and internal stakeholders.
- • **Brand Strategy & Leadership:** Develop and evolve the Eleos Health brand identity, voice, and visual guidelines to ensure unwavering consistency across all internal and external touchpoints. Lead strategic brand initiatives designed to reinforce our market leadership position and highlight our unique differentiators. Seamlessly embed brand strategy into go-to-market programs, product launches, and customer success stories.
- • **Public Relations & Communications:** Own and execute the global PR strategy, including agency selection, management, performance oversight, and budget allocation. Drive proactive media engagement to amplify our thought leadership, showcase innovation, and solidify our market authority. Lead the press strategy for all significant announcements, including product launches, strategic partnerships, funding rounds, key customer milestones, and corporate news.
- • **Executive Visibility & Crisis Preparedness:** Prepare and strategically position executives for media interviews, speaking engagements, and other high-profile visibility opportunities. Develop and operationalize robust crisis communications frameworks and rapid response protocols to effectively manage sensitive or high-risk situations. Serve as a trusted strategic advisor to executive leadership during challenging times.
- • **Analyst Relations:** Own and drive the analyst relations strategy, focusing on shaping the understanding of Eleos Health's vision, platform narrative, and differentiated value proposition among key industry analysts. Lead comprehensive preparation for analyst evaluations, reports, and briefings, ensuring alignment with Product Marketing and Product teams on roadmap storytelling.
- • **Content Strategy & Marketing:** Develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy that effectively drives brand awareness, deepens audience engagement, and establishes Eleos Health as a recognized market authority. Oversee the creation of high-impact content assets, including in-depth reports, engaging videos, compelling case studies, insightful executive perspectives, and multimedia storytelling initiatives.
- • **Creative Development & Execution:** Direct graphic design, multimedia production, and visual storytelling efforts to ensure a cohesive and impactful brand presentation. Lead copywriting initiatives, guaranteeing message consistency across all channels and sales collateral. Oversee the development of creative assets for integrated go-to-market campaigns.
- • **Website Strategy & Optimization:** Own the corporate website strategy, performance metrics, and future roadmap. Lead narrative architecture, user experience (UX), search engine optimization (SEO), and conversion rate optimization (CRO) efforts to position the website as the definitive source for our corporate story and a key driver of buyer engagement.
- • **Team Leadership & Development:** Lead a lean, high-performing team of creative professionals, while effectively managing external agencies and contractors. Champion an AI-first approach to content creation to enhance efficiency and scale. Foster a collaborative, innovative, and accountable team culture, actively coaching team members for professional growth and career development.
- • **Cross-Functional Collaboration:** Forge strong partnerships with Product Marketing, Lifecycle Marketing, Product, Sales, and Customer Success teams to ensure seamless alignment between brand and content strategies and overarching business objectives. Collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to bring integrated campaigns to life.
- • **Performance & Budgetary Management:** Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) across brand equity, share of voice, analyst perception, and digital performance. Manage the communications and brand budget, optimizing spend and agency ROI. Analyze the impact of initiatives and prioritize those that most effectively strengthen the brand and drive business growth.
