📋 Description
- • Lead integrated marketing initiatives across brand awareness, commercialization, customer engagement, and growth for a clinical-stage neuroscience company with FDA-cleared technology
- • Drive earned media, thought leadership, influencer, and advocacy campaigns targeting physicians, neuroscientists, veterans, athletes, and key opinion leaders (KOLs)
- • Develop and execute multi-channel campaigns across podcasts, webinars, conferences, social media, and digital platforms while maintaining scientific credibility and regulatory compliance
- • Build and manage relationships with healthcare providers, enterprise partners, and patient audiences to support clinic licensing, patient acquisition, and commercial expansion
- • Design and implement go-to-market strategies for both B2B (clinics, enterprise licensees) and B2C (patients) audiences aligned with post-FDA commercialization goals
- • Partner with executive leadership to define company narrative, positioning, and category leadership in precision brain health and personalized TMS therapy
- • Track, analyze, and optimize key marketing KPIs including CAC, conversion rates, retention, attribution, and marketing ROI using data-driven reporting frameworks
- • Build and maintain dashboards and reporting systems to measure campaign effectiveness across channels and audiences
- • Collaborate cross-functionally with Commercial Operations, Clinical, Data Science, Engineering, and Executive Leadership teams to align marketing strategy with product and regulatory timelines
- • Manage external agencies, vendors, and marketing partners to ensure consistent execution and quality control
- • Lead CRM, lifecycle marketing, and audience segmentation strategies using behavioral data to improve engagement, retention, and conversion
- • Design automated marketing campaigns across email, social, and digital channels to nurture leads and support patient and clinician journeys
- • Ensure all marketing communications strictly comply with FDA, HIPAA, and healthcare promotional regulations
- • Support medical, legal, and regulatory (MLR) review processes for all promotional materials to validate approved claims and FDA-cleared indications
- • Maintain rigorous adherence to regulated healthcare marketing standards while driving growth and brand visibility in a highly compliant environment
- • Champion entrepreneurial execution with operational discipline in a fast-paced, regulated startup environment
- • Translate complex neuroscience and clinical data into compelling, compliant brand narratives for diverse stakeholders including clinicians, patients, and enterprise buyers
