- • Own and expand strategic partnerships with top-tier federal systems integrators to drive pipeline, program access, and long-term revenue growth in U.S. government markets.
- • Partner with the VP of Federal and sales leadership to identify, prioritize, and pursue high-value federal opportunities aligned with Censys’ Internet intelligence capabilities.
- • Enable and activate SI partners through co-sell initiatives, including training, joint value propositions, ROI messaging, and go-to-market execution.
- • Collaborate with product, engineering, and technical SMEs to develop customer-centric solutions that align with federal mission needs and procurement requirements.
- • Lead partner performance management by forecasting partner-driven pipeline, tracking performance metrics, and delivering actionable feedback to improve outcomes.
- • Monitor federal solicitations and ensure optimal alignment and positioning of SI partners for competitive bids and contract awards.
- • Surface market intelligence on federal procurement trends, competitor activity, and emerging opportunities to inform product, marketing, and sales strategy.
- • Represent Censys as a key external ambassador at industry events, government conferences, and partner engagement forums.
- • Deliver results by meeting or exceeding quarterly and annual pipeline and revenue targets tied to federal systems integrator partnerships.
- • Operate at the intersection of partnerships, sales, and product, working closely with federal leadership to shape joint solutions and win in competitive federal environments.
- • Maintain a strong executive network across leading federal systems integrators such as Booz Allen, Leidos, and SAIC to facilitate trust, access, and collaboration.
- • Demonstrate strategic thinking while executing tactically in a fast-paced, high-stakes federal contracting environment.
- • Communicate effectively with senior stakeholders across sales, product, engineering, and partner organizations to align priorities and drive consensus.
- • Apply AI tools responsibly to enhance efficiency, decision-making, and impact in partnership development and federal opportunity management.
- • Ensure all activities comply with federal procurement rules, contracting vehicles, and go-to-market dynamics specific to U.S. government programs.
- • Be physically located in the Washington, D.C. metropolitan area to effectively support local customers, partners, and federal engagement activities.
