• • As Director of Cloud Operations at Firstup Inc., you will lead and evolve cloud infrastructure and operational practices across a globally distributed SaaS platform, ensuring reliability, scalability, and efficiency of systems running across multiple AWS regions in the US and Europe.
• • Day to day, you will partner with Engineering, Security, and Product teams to strengthen operational excellence, enhance system observability, drive continuous improvement in service delivery, and lead a distributed team of engineers across the US and UK to foster a high-performing, collaborative, and growth-oriented environment.
