• • The Director of Compliance, Health & Benefits at WEX Inc. provides leadership and integration of compliance activities to ensure adherence to state and federal laws governing WEX Health’s products and services, including COBRA, HSAs, ACA, and benefit administration.
• • Day-to-day responsibilities include overseeing the compliance team, managing regulatory responses, conducting compliance assessments, coordinating with Legal and internal teams on process improvements, maintaining regulatory licenses, and supporting new product implementations.
• • WEX Inc. is a leading provider of payment processing and benefit management solutions, with WEX Health specializing in consumer-directed healthcare accounts and compliance-driven services.
• • In this role, you will lead strategic compliance initiatives, influence regulatory engagement (including advocacy at the ECFC Annual Conference), develop enterprise risk management assessments, and build organizational awareness of compliance, integrity, and risk management practices.
