- • Lead the development and execution of an enterprise-wide cybersecurity strategy aligned with business objectives and growth priorities.
- • Develop and maintain a cybersecurity roadmap that addresses evolving threats, regulatory requirements, and organizational growth needs.
- • Establish and oversee security policies, standards, and frameworks including NIST, HIPAA, ISO 27001, and SOC 2.
- • Identify and manage organizational risk, advising executive leadership on risk posture and mitigation strategies.
- • Serve as a trusted, client-facing cybersecurity advisor in sales discussions, executive presentations, and client engagements.
- • Act as a fractional CISO for key client accounts, influencing trust, retention, and revenue expansion.
- • Support the growth and evolution of DYOPATH’s cybersecurity service offerings, including DYOGUARD and strategic consulting services.
- • Oversee internal cybersecurity programs, vendor risk management, and compliance initiatives.
- • Lead incident response planning and execution in collaboration with S/NOC and service delivery teams.
- • Partner with product and delivery teams to embed security into services and solutions from design through deployment.
- • Support the development of new cybersecurity offerings and specialty services to expand market reach.
- • Manage relationships with cybersecurity vendors, partners, and service providers.
- • Guide the adoption of tools, platforms, and emerging technologies to enhance security capabilities.
- • Build a culture of security awareness, continuous learning, and proactive risk management across the organization.
- • Mentor teams and influence cross-functional collaboration between engineering, operations, sales, and leadership.
- • Assess current cybersecurity capabilities within the first 90 days to identify risk and service growth opportunities.
- • Align the cybersecurity roadmap with company strategy and revenue priorities during initial tenure.
- • Establish measurable KPIs for risk, compliance, and service performance to track impact and success.
- • Strengthen alignment between cybersecurity functions and service delivery, sales, and operational teams.
- • Translate complex security concepts into clear business value for executives and non-technical stakeholders.
- • Balance risk, cost, and growth when making strategic decisions to drive both security and revenue outcomes.
- • Maintain professional proficiency in English for all internal and client-facing communications.
- • Provide occasional after-hours support for security incidents or escalations as needed.
- • Engage in limited international travel, primarily to the United States, based on client and leadership requirements.
🎯 Requirements
- • 8–12 years of experience in cybersecurity or information security roles
- • Proven experience leading cybersecurity strategy, governance, and risk programs
- • Experience advising senior leadership on cybersecurity initiatives and risk management
- • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
- • Advanced (professional proficiency) English language skills
- • Experience supporting client engagements, presales, or consulting environments (preferred)
