📋 Description

• • Director of Data Privacy at ARB Interactive, leading the development and oversight of data privacy compliance for a fast-growing social casino and social plus gaming platform.
• • Day-to-day responsibilities include ensuring compliance with GDPR, CCPA/CPRA, and gaming regulations; managing data breach response; overseeing third-party vendor privacy compliance; conducting DPIAs; managing consumer data rights requests; and advising leadership on privacy-by-design in product development.

• • In this role, the Director will build foundational data privacy policies, lead cross-functional collaboration with Product, Technology, Cyber Security, Compliance, and Legal teams, represent the company during regulatory audits, and help balance innovation with compliance to strengthen user trust and regulatory standing.
