Full Job Description
📋 Description
- • As the Director of Demand Generation with MISUMI Americas, you will oversee the demand generation strategy and acquisition engine, in close partnership with the Director of Performance Marketing.
- • This leader will report directly to the Vice President of Growth Marketing and will shape the roadmap for generating demand and converting prospects into high-value customers.
- • This role requires a builder who thrives on experimentation, analytical rigor, and cross-functional partnership.
- • You will own lead generation and lead nurturing strategies from first touch to purchase.
- • Build and optimize multi-channel acquisition programs across organic and strategic channels, while partnering closely with the Director of Performance Marketing on paid channel strategy and execution.
- • Manage, align, and forecast acquisition budgets with a clear ROI framework.
- • Develop the acquisition roadmap. Identify new opportunities and scale high-performing channels.
- • You will take responsibility for the entire lead generation lifecycle.
- • Drive top-of-funnel volume through strategic programs, organic channels, and new experiments, while influencing paid channel strategy.
- • You will explore and validate new channels.
- • Develop the assets needed to support these programs, partnering with internal teams to produce content, ads, and other creative work that drive traffic to leads and customers.
- • Partner with sales to maintain quality standards for MQLs and to ensure proper follow-up.
- • Own acquisition-sourced pipeline and revenue targets in partnership with Sales.
- • Be accountable for lead-to-revenue performance, not just top-of-funnel volume.
- • Manage the funnel. Diagnose drop-off points and propose solutions that improve conversion.
- • You will work closely with sales leadership to ensure that MQLs are routed and followed through with consistent quality.
- • Run multiple campaigns simultaneously with strong prioritization and team coordination.
- • Operate as a senior IC with influence across Growth, Sales, and Product.
- • You will operate with deep analytical discipline.
- • You will measure channel performance and campaign ROI, and use the insights to improve the system with clear recommendations.
- • Oversee creation of ads, landing pages, content, and other materials that support demand generation.
- • Manage relationships with agencies and vendors as needed.
- • Proven experience driving acquisition programs at scale in fast-moving, high-growth, or startup environments.
- • Ownership of multi-channel growth strategies with responsibility for revenue impact.
- • Strong analytical ability. Comfortable with experimentation, attribution, and funnel analysis.
- • Experience running high-tempo experimentation cycles across channels, messaging, and conversion points.
- • Ability to operate independently and in ambiguity, prioritizing speed and learning over perfection.
- • Ability to partner effectively with sales and build alignment across teams.
- • Ability to tailor acquisition strategies by ICP, industry, and buying persona.
- • Experience developing creative assets and working with content and design partners.
- • Strong communication skills.
- • A mindset focused on iteration and measurable impact.
- • Competitive medical, dental, and vision insurance
- • 401K plan
- • Parental leave programs
- • Paid volunteer days
- • And much, much more!
- • Salary Range: $155,000 to $185,000 per year, depending upon experience
- • Interested in learning more? We look forward to hearing from you soon.
- • We encourage applications from members of underrepresented groups, including but not limited to women, members of the LGBTQ community, people of color, people with disabilities, and veterans.
- • We’re actively seeking teammates who:
- • Bring diverse perspectives and experience to our culture and company.
- • Excel at being part of a strong, empathetic team.
- • Thrive in an environment emphasizing respect, honesty, collaboration, and growth.
- • Have an ‘always learning’ mindset that celebrates learning, not just wins.
- • Help us continue to build a world-class organization that values the contributions of all of our teammates
