- • Own the full-funnel demand generation engine for Anomalo’s enterprise data-quality platform, translating ambitious ARR targets into quarterly pipeline and revenue plans that scale predictably across North America, EMEA, and key verticals.
- • Architect and execute a multi-channel ABM program targeting Fortune 1000 data, analytics, and AI teams—crafting personalized campaigns that combine intent data, firmographics, and technographics to reach economic buyers and technical champions with precision.
- • Build and optimize a $2-4 M annual demand budget across paid search, LinkedIn, programmatic display, content syndication, review sites (G2, TrustRadius), and industry events—ensuring every dollar spent maps to pipeline influence, velocity, and closed-won revenue.
- • Lead a cross-functional squad of 5-7 marketers (campaigns, ops, content, SDRs) plus agency and contractor partners—instilling agile rituals, OKRs, and a culture of experimentation that drives 20%+ quarter-over-quarter pipeline growth.
- • Partner tightly with Sales Leadership to define ICP tiers, account lists, and SLAs; create battle cards, sequences, and field enablement kits that lift meeting-to-opportunity conversion above 35%.
- • Design nurture tracks that move prospects from first touch to closed-won—leveraging Marketo, Salesforce, 6sense, and Drift to trigger behavior-based emails, retargeting ads, and direct-mail touches that accelerate deal cycles.
- • Own end-to-end campaign performance reporting—building executive dashboards in Tableau and Salesforce that reveal channel ROI, attribution insights, and funnel leakage; present findings weekly to the exec team and iterate in real time.
- • Launch marquee virtual and in-person events (roundtables, webinars, flagship user conference) that position Anomalo as the thought leader in data observability—driving 1,000+ MQLs and 200+ SQLs per year.
- • Collaborate with Product Marketing to translate complex technical differentiators (ML-based anomaly detection, Snowflake-native architecture) into crisp value propositions and high-impact assets (eBooks, ROI calculators, demo videos).
- • Champion a data-driven mindset across Marketing—implementing lead-scoring models, multi-touch attribution, and cohort analyses that continuously refine targeting, messaging, and channel mix.
- • Serve as the voice of the customer in GTM planning—feeding competitive intel, win/loss themes, and persona insights back into campaign strategy to keep messaging razor-sharp.
- • Mentor and up-skill the demand gen team through quarterly growth plans, external training budgets, and hands-on coaching that prepares them for the next stage of their careers.
- • 10+ years of B2B SaaS demand generation experience with at least 3 years in a leadership role owning a $5-50 M ARR target and managing a multi-million-dollar budget.
- • Proven track record of building enterprise ABM programs that generate $20-50 M in pipeline and deliver 3-5x ROI within 12-18 months.
- • Deep expertise in modern MarTech stacks—Marketo, Salesforce, 6sense, Demandbase, Bizible/Attribution, Drift, Outreach, and Tableau/Looker.
- • Strong analytical acumen—comfortable building SQL queries, cohort models, and regression analyses to uncover growth levers and optimize spend.
- • Exceptional storytelling and executive presence—able to translate complex data into compelling narratives that secure budget, headcount, and cross-functional buy-in.
- • Thrives in a fast-moving, remote-first culture—demonstrated ability to lead distributed teams across time zones while maintaining high morale and output.
