  • • As Director of Demand Generation at Wisdom20AI, you will own and scale the pipeline engine for a category-defining AI company pioneering Agentic Analytics — a transformative approach that replaces traditional dashboards with AI systems delivering trusted, automated insights. This role is critical to accelerating growth as Wisdom20AI expands its market presence with backing from top-tier investors and adoption by enterprises like Cisco and ConocoPhillips.
  • • You will design and execute an end-to-end demand generation strategy that aligns marketing initiatives with revenue targets, ensuring every campaign contributes directly to pipeline creation and sales efficiency in a high-growth B2B SaaS environment.
  • • Develop and own the comprehensive demand generation strategy, including goal setting, channel mix, and pipeline forecasting to support aggressive revenue targets.
  • • Build and launch integrated marketing campaigns across events, webinars, paid media (LinkedIn, Google, programmatic), account-based marketing (ABM), and content syndication to engage target accounts at every stage of the buyer’s journey.
  • • Partner with Sales to define ideal customer profiles (ICPs), prioritize target accounts, and co-create field marketing and ABM initiatives that drive meaningful engagement and accelerate sales cycles.
  • • Establish and manage a robust measurement framework using HubSpot and analytics tools to track attribution, funnel conversion rates, campaign ROI, and pipeline influence, enabling data-driven optimization.
  • • Continuously test, iterate, and optimize campaigns based on performance insights, turning learnings into repeatable growth playbooks for scalable demand generation.
  • • Oversee marketing automation infrastructure in HubSpot, including lead scoring, routing, nurture workflows, and campaign tracking to ensure clean data flow and timely sales follow-up.
  • • Collaborate with Product Marketing to translate positioning and messaging into high-impact demand programs that resonate with technical and business buyers.
  • • Work closely with the Design team to produce compelling campaign assets — landing pages, email sequences, ad creatives, and webinar content — that drive conversion and brand credibility.
  • • Wisdom20AI is at the forefront of defining Agentic Analytics, a new enterprise AI category that empowers organizations to move beyond static reporting to proactive, insight-driven decision-making.
  • • The marketing team operates as a strategic growth partner to Sales, Product, and Leadership, fostering a culture of experimentation, accountability, and cross-functional alignment to accelerate market adoption.
  • • You will gain deep expertise in scaling demand generation within a nascent market category, shaping how enterprises adopt AI-powered analytics through innovative go-to-market strategies.

🎯 Requirements

  • • 10+ years of experience in demand generation, growth marketing, or related B2B marketing roles
  • • Proven track record building and scaling pipeline programs at early-stage or high-growth B2B SaaS companies
  • • Hands-on expertise with HubSpot or comparable marketing automation platforms, including lead lifecycle management
  • • Strong analytical mindset with experience measuring attribution, funnel performance, and ROI to optimize campaigns
  • • Demonstrated success running integrated campaigns across paid, owned, and earned channels including events, webinars, ABM, and paid media
  • • Ability to collaborate effectively with Sales, Product Marketing, and Design to align marketing efforts with business objectives
