- • As the Director of Demand Generation at ABODO Inc., you will be instrumental in architecting and scaling a modern demand engine that fuels our company's aggressive growth trajectory. This pivotal role involves leading high-impact initiatives across multiple channels to drive pipeline, expand into new verticals, and deliver measurable revenue growth for our category-leading AI and data SaaS products in the PropTech industry. You will collaborate closely with Marketing Operations, Sales, Product Marketing, and Field teams to design and execute comprehensive go-to-market strategies.
- • **Strategy & Program Design:** You will be responsible for building sophisticated demand generation and Account-Based Marketing (ABM) programs designed to generate qualified pipeline across key market segments and complex buying committees. This includes leading cross-functional planning sessions to meticulously define Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs), identify target account lists, and develop robust, full-funnel campaign plays. A critical aspect of this role is continuous innovation; you will be tasked with exploring and testing new channels, audiences, and methodologies to uncover untapped growth opportunities and enhance program efficiency and effectiveness.
- • **Execution & Optimization:** You will drive the execution of demand generation campaigns, working hand-in-hand with the Web and Product Marketing teams to optimize website performance, calls-to-action (CTAs), and campaign messaging to ensure maximum resonance with our target audience. A key focus will be on rapid iteration and experimentation, leveraging data analytics and direct feedback from the sales team to quickly refine creative assets, campaign tactics, and overall program delivery. This agile approach ensures that our demand generation efforts remain dynamic and responsive to market changes and performance insights.
- • **Measurement & Accountability:** This role demands a strong focus on accountability, with ownership of Return on Investment (ROI) and pipeline velocity reporting. You will be expected to deliver clear, actionable insights to executive stakeholders, demonstrating the impact of demand generation activities on key business objectives. You will collaborate closely with Marketing and Revenue Operations (RevOps) to manage and refine attribution models, lead scoring mechanisms, and tracking systems, ensuring data integrity and accurate performance measurement. Furthermore, you will manage the demand generation budget, including forecasting and spend allocation, and share performance learnings to inform and refine the broader go-to-market strategy. Your ability to translate data into strategic recommendations will be crucial for continuous improvement and overall GTM success.
- • **Cross-Functional Collaboration:** Success in this role hinges on exceptional collaboration. You will work closely with Sales leadership to ensure alignment on lead quality, follow-up processes, and pipeline development goals. Partnerships with Product Marketing will be essential for crafting compelling messaging and value propositions that resonate with target personas. Close coordination with Marketing Operations will ensure the technical infrastructure supports campaign execution and accurate reporting. This integrated approach ensures that demand generation efforts are seamlessly woven into the fabric of the company's revenue-generating activities.
