- • Flosum Inc. is seeking a visionary Director of Demand Generation to spearhead our efforts in driving demand, creating robust sales pipelines, and amplifying brand awareness across a diverse range of channels. This is a pivotal leadership role designed to significantly impact our growth trajectory by generating qualified enterprise pipeline across all stages of the sales funnel.
- • As the Director of Demand Generation, you will inherit an established demand engine and be tasked with elevating its performance, making it more intelligent, precise, and scalable. Your mandate will include introducing innovative strategies, optimizing existing successful programs, discontinuing underperforming initiatives, and architecting differentiated, omnichannel campaigns that deeply resonate with our target audience of highly technical Salesforce developers.
- • A key aspect of this role is understanding and effectively engaging with developers. We are looking for a leader who can earn credibility within this community, moving beyond traditional marketing tactics to build genuine connections and demonstrate value.
- • Your core responsibilities will encompass owning and accelerating the omnichannel demand strategy, integrating efforts across paid media, organic outreach, community engagement, industry events, field marketing initiatives, and strategic ecosystem partnerships. The ultimate goal is to drive net-new qualified enterprise pipeline that aligns precisely with our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) accounts.
- • You will be instrumental in strengthening our campaign architecture, refining segmentation strategies, and enhancing the precision of our targeting to ensure maximum impact and efficiency.
- • A significant part of your role will involve identifying and introducing high-leverage growth plays specifically tailored to the Salesforce DevOps and broader developer ecosystem, ensuring our messaging and offerings are relevant and compelling.
- • You will be accountable for improving campaign-to-opportunity conversion rates and optimizing the overall efficiency of each demand generation channel.
- • Establishing clear performance benchmarks, implementing rigorous reporting mechanisms, and ensuring transparent pipeline visibility will be critical to your success and the team's alignment.
- • Close collaboration with Sales leadership is paramount. You will work hand-in-hand to align on target accounts, revenue goals, and go-to-market strategies, ensuring demand generation efforts directly support sales objectives.
- • You will lead and mentor the demand generation team, fostering a culture of experimentation, accountability, and high performance, empowering them to achieve ambitious goals.
- • Success in this role within the first 12 months will be measured by a tangible increase in qualified enterprise pipeline, demonstrable improvements in channel efficiency and conversion performance, and the successful diversification of demand sources beyond any single channel. Furthermore, you will be expected to elevate engagement within the Salesforce DevOps community and inject fresh energy and sharper execution into Flosum's overall demand strategy.
