- • As Director of EMEIA Marketing at Oura Health Ltd., you will lead the regional marketing strategy and execution across priority markets in Europe, the Middle East, and Africa, driving revenue growth, demand generation, and omnichannel expansion in Oura’s largest international growth opportunity.
- • You will own the EMEIA marketing strategy, lead and develop a team of Regional Marketing Managers, translate business goals into market-level plans, and partner with Commercial, Retail, E-commerce, Media, PR, and Global Marketing to identify high-impact levers for sell-through and DTC growth.
- • Oura is a fast-growing health tech company empowering people to understand and improve their health through the Oura Ring and app, with a mission to help millions gain deeper insights into readiness, activity, and sleep quality while fostering a values-driven, inclusive workplace.
- • In this role, you will build the regional marketing function from the ground up, sharpen investment decisions, strengthen the link between marketing activity and commercial outcomes, and establish a high-performing team and operating model capable of executing agile, data-informed go-to-market plans across complex EMEIA markets.
🎯 Requirements
- • 10+ years of marketing leadership experience, including ownership of regional or multi-market strategy across EMEIA, ideally in a consumer business spanning retail and DTC
- • Proven track record of driving measurable business growth through marketing, including revenue, demand generation, sell-through, DTC growth, and/or market share gains
- • Strong commercial instincts and comfort operating close to the business, with understanding of forecasting, targets, trading moments, channel economics, and how marketing choices affect revenue
- • Experience building and scaling regional teams and operating models from an early stage
- • Deep familiarity with EMEIA market dynamics and ability to adapt strategy across diverse consumer, retail, and media environments
- • Background in premium consumer goods, health tech, wearables, or lifestyle brands preferred; high-growth company experience is a strong plus
