  • • As the Director of Field Marketing at Ddome Inc., you will be instrumental in shaping and executing our global field marketing strategy, driving significant pipeline growth and enhancing brand awareness across the US and EMEA regions.
  • • This pivotal role offers the unique opportunity to establish and lead the field marketing function, with the potential to build and grow a team over time, making a tangible impact on DataDome's success in the competitive cybersecurity landscape.
  • • You will be responsible for the overarching strategy of all field marketing activities, ensuring a strong alignment with DataDome's overarching business objectives and sales targets.
  • • A core aspect of your role will involve close collaboration with the Sales teams to define and implement regional marketing strategies that directly contribute to pipeline generation and revenue growth.
  • • You will conceptualize, plan, and meticulously execute a diverse range of high-impact events, including but not limited to industry conferences, insightful webinars, exclusive executive roundtables, and targeted partner-driven events.
  • • These events will be strategically tailored to resonate with the specific needs and opportunities present in both the US and EMEA markets, ensuring maximum engagement and ROI.
  • • You will lead and mentor a high-performing team, fostering a collaborative and results-oriented environment, while also ensuring seamless coordination with the EMEA marketing manager for localized execution.
  • • A key responsibility is to develop and implement targeted marketing strategies for specific sales territories, working hand-in-hand with Sales leadership to identify key opportunities and align marketing efforts with regional business goals.
  • • You will be the architect of a comprehensive calendar of events and marketing engagements designed to directly fuel the sales pipeline in critical territories.
  • • Setting ambitious yet achievable goals for all field marketing initiatives will be crucial, with a strong emphasis on consistently meeting key performance indicators (KPIs) such as leads generated, meetings booked, and opportunities won.
  • • You will be accountable for tracking, analyzing, and reporting on the performance of all events and campaigns, leveraging data insights to continuously optimize strategies and drive improved outcomes.
  • • This role demands end-to-end ownership of events, from the initial strategic conceptualization and objective setting through to flawless execution and post-event analysis.
  • • You will make critical decisions regarding event messaging, desired outcomes, promotional materials, and overall attendee experience to ensure each engagement is a resounding success.
