- • The Director of Finance at Anna Autism Care owns the end-to-end finance function, ensuring accurate financial reporting, timely month-end close, and strategic financial insight to support the company’s mission of transforming autism care.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include managing the month-end close in QuickBooks, overseeing accounts payable via Ramp, processing payroll through Rippling, reconciling bank and credit card statements, and partnering with the Revenue Cycle Management team on payment reconciliation.
- • The role involves leading financial planning and analysis, including annual budgeting, rolling forecasts, monthly management reporting, financial modeling for new center openings, and tracking key operational metrics in financial context.
- • The Director of Finance serves as the primary financial partner to leadership, supporting the CEO on board materials, investor relations, compensation design, and strategic decisions such as market expansion or M&A opportunities.
- • Anna Autism Care is a US-based, mission-driven startup providing center-based ABA services using a neurodiversity-affirming, Naturalistic Developmental Behavioral Intervention approach, committed to rigorous clinical training and family-centered care.
