- • Lead the Financial Planning & Analysis function at Loop Returns Inc., a fast-growing e-commerce returns technology company, where you will drive strategic financial insights that directly influence company-wide decision-making and long-term growth initiatives.
- • Partner with executive leadership to translate complex financial data into actionable business strategies, ensuring financial planning aligns with corporate objectives and supports scalable operations across the U.S., Canada, and the U.K.
- • Own the end-to-end budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis process, leveraging AI-enhanced tools to improve accuracy, speed, and depth of financial modeling while reducing manual effort.
- • Build and mentor a high-performing FP&A team, fostering a culture of curiosity, collaboration, and continuous learning, while establishing best practices in financial reporting and KPI tracking.
- • Partner with product, sales, marketing, and operations teams to analyze performance metrics, identify trends, and recommend data-driven improvements to pricing, cost structure, and resource allocation.
- • Develop and maintain rolling forecasts and scenario plans that anticipate market shifts, enabling proactive adjustments to financial strategy in response to evolving business conditions.
- • Champion the integration of AI and automation into FP&A workflows, exploring innovative ways to enhance predictive analytics, anomaly detection, and real-time reporting capabilities.
- • Present financial insights to the Board of Directors and executive stakeholders with clarity and impact, translating numbers into narratives that support strategic investment and risk mitigation decisions.

- • Continuously elevate the finance function’s influence by positioning FP&A as a trusted advisor that not only reports performance but actively shapes the future direction of the business.
🎯 Requirements
- • Proven experience leading FP&A teams in high-growth, technology-driven companies, preferably in SaaS, e-commerce, or fintech sectors.
- • Expertise in financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis with strong proficiency in Excel and modern FP&A tools (e.g., Adaptive Insights, Anaplan, or similar AI-integrated platforms).
- • Demonstrated ability to partner with cross-functional senior leaders and translate financial insights into strategic business recommendations.
- • Experience leveraging AI or automation to improve financial processes, reporting speed, or analytical depth.
- • Strong leadership and communication skills, with a track record of building and developing high-performing finance teams.
- • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred but not required.
