  • • As the Director of Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), you will step into a pivotal strategic finance leadership role, serving as a key financial advisor and partner to our executive leadership team. This position is instrumental in shaping the financial trajectory of a dynamic, multi-entity organization with a significant international footprint.
  • • You will be entrusted with the comprehensive ownership of the company's financial planning, forecasting, and performance analysis functions. This includes developing robust annual budgets, dynamic rolling forecasts, and insightful long-range strategic plans that will guide the organization's growth and operational efficiency.
  • • A core aspect of your role will involve meticulously analyzing consolidated monthly and quarterly Profit and Loss (P&L) statements across various entities and geographical regions. Your sharp analytical skills will be crucial in identifying the primary drivers of financial performance, pinpointing potential risks, and uncovering emerging opportunities for improvement and expansion.
  • • You will be responsible for translating complex financial data into clear, actionable insights and compelling recommendations. These will be presented regularly to executive leadership, empowering them to make informed, data-driven strategic and operational decisions.
  • • To ensure continuous monitoring of progress against strategic objectives, you will design, implement, and maintain a suite of key performance indicators (KPIs), Objectives and Key Results (OKRs), and performance dashboards. This reporting framework will provide a transparent view of the company's financial health and progress.

This ensures seamless alignment between actual financial results, forecasts, and budgets, with particular attention to the complexities of international entities, including currency fluctuations and regional reporting standards.
  • • You will proactively identify opportunities to enhance our financial infrastructure. This includes leading initiatives to streamline financial processes, implement automation solutions, and optimize reporting systems to effectively support the company's scaling operations and its ambitious international growth agenda.
  • • The role demands a proactive approach to ad hoc financial analysis. This will encompass a wide range of critical business questions, such as evaluating pricing strategies, forecasting enrollment or demand, conducting thorough Return on Investment (ROI) analyses, performing breakeven analyses, and assessing the financial viability of new business ventures and strategic initiatives.
  • • You will serve as a trusted strategic finance advisor, providing critical financial input and analysis on new business opportunities, plans for geographic expansion, and significant operational investments. Your insights will directly influence major strategic decisions.
  • • Embracing innovation, you will explore and leverage advanced analytics or AI-driven approaches where applicable, aiming to significantly enhance forecasting accuracy and deepen financial insights, thereby driving more sophisticated financial management.
  • • This position offers exceptional visibility and direct influence on company-wide strategy, making it an ideal opportunity for a seasoned finance professional looking to make a substantial impact in a growing international organization.
  • • You will be expected to work remotely, with a schedule aligned to US Central or Eastern Time, and be available for travel a few weeks per year as needed to support key business objectives.
  • • This is a full-time employment opportunity, offering a chance to be an integral part of a forward-thinking company.
