You will own the entire lifecycle of our games, from initial concept and development through to live operations and ongoing iteration, with the ultimate goal of establishing Justplay as an industry-leading publisher.
• • **Drive Portfolio Growth and Innovation:** Your primary mission is to elevate one of the largest casual game portfolios in the industry. This involves not only optimizing the performance of our current titles but also identifying and capitalizing on new opportunities for growth. You will be responsible for defining the product vision, setting ambitious goals, and ensuring the successful delivery of a diverse range of high-quality games that resonate with our player base and drive significant engagement and revenue.
• • **Manage and Mentor a World-Class Games Team:** You will lead, inspire, and develop a talented team of game designers, producers, and developers.
