  • • Bluefish AI, Inc. is seeking a highly strategic and results-driven Director of Growth to spearhead the expansion and optimization of our account management teams. This pivotal leadership role sits at the heart of our Growth organization, with the primary responsibility of managing, developing, and empowering our Account Leads and Account Managers. Your mission will be to drive significant revenue expansion, foster deep strategic engagement with our clients, and ensure unparalleled customer success across a diverse range of key industry verticals. You will be instrumental in shaping how Bluefish scales its strategic account engagement and post-sales expansion efforts, ensuring that the team's execution directly translates into measurable customer outcomes and sustained business growth. This role is crucial for building upon the foundational strategies set by the Head of Growth and for enabling the success and professional development of each individual Account Lead and Account Manager.
  • • As the Director of Growth, you will be a central figure in defining and executing our growth strategy. Your day-to-day will involve leading, coaching, and mentoring a dedicated team of Account Leads and Account Managers, each aligned to specific industry verticals. You will foster a high-performance culture, driving both individual and team success while championing career development and growth within the team. A key aspect of your role will be to partner closely with the Head of Growth, translating high-level growth strategies into actionable execution plans, clear team objectives, and robust operating rhythms. You will own the day-to-day execution across your assigned vertical account portfolios, meticulously ensuring strong customer outcomes, high retention rates, and significant expansion opportunities.
  • • You will be responsible for establishing and scaling best practices in critical areas such as account planning, accurate forecasting, proactive pipeline management, and rigorous performance tracking. This includes running regular, insightful business reviews, pipeline reviews, and performance check-ins to meticulously monitor progress against key performance indicators (KPIs) and ambitious growth targets. To further strengthen client relationships and ensure strategic alignment, you will serve as an executive sponsor for key customers, providing support and engaging at the executive level when necessary. Cross-functional collaboration will be paramount; you will work closely with Sales, Product, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to ensure seamless alignment on priorities and the successful execution of go-to-market initiatives. Your strategic insights into vertical-specific trends, evolving customer needs, and emerging product opportunities will be invaluable in informing and refining the broader growth strategy. As the Growth organization continues its rapid scaling, you will also play a significant role in hiring, onboarding, and shaping the future structure of the team.
