- • As Director of Growth at DEPT® Studios, you will lead the pitch process for new business leads in the North American market, driving revenue growth by identifying and acquiring clients aligned with the Studios service line.
- • Day to day, you will build pitch timelines, write pitch briefings, develop win strategies, create proposal content, promote the Adobe and DEPT® Studios strategic partnership, and cultivate executive-level relationships with clients to position Studios as a strategic partner.
- • You will collaborate with Studios leadership and other Growth teams to enhance positioning through case studies, PR, thought leadership, and marketing materials, while improving business development processes like qualification and pitch casting.

🎯 Requirements
- • 8+ years of agency sales, growth, or client services experience (or equivalent)
- • Experience selling agency services across a range of industries and verticals
- • Understanding of branding, creative, ecommerce, and engineering
- • Ability to collaborate with and lead cross-functional teams to conceptualize, design, and develop client-focused solutions
- • Experience building relationships with C-suite executives (CTOs, CMOs, CIOs) and business decision-makers
- • Strong presentation skills with the ability to communicate complex ideas to clients and internal stakeholders
