- • The Senior Manager, Business Development drives top-of-funnel pipeline growth for RentSure Agency through disciplined outbound prospecting, strategic lead generation, and consultative engagement with multifamily property management companies and ownership groups.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include owning high-volume outbound prospecting via phone, email, and direct outreach; identifying and qualifying property management and multifamily ownership groups as prospects; leveraging CoStar and ALN Apartment Data to build segmented lead lists; managing all prospect activity and pipeline stages in HubSpot CRM; booking qualified discovery calls for the sales team; collaborating with the CRO and Account Executives to refine messaging and targeting; developing deep industry knowledge of multifamily real estate and RentSure’s value proposition; creating outreach templates, prospecting frameworks, and HubSpot workflows for scalability; mentoring, onboarding, and leading junior Business Development staff; and providing regular pipeline reporting and activity metrics to the CRO.

🎯 Requirements
- • 3–5+ years of experience in business development, inside sales, or a related outbound sales role
- • Experience in multifamily real estate, property management, or proptech strongly preferred
- • Proven track record of consistent pipeline generation and meeting/quota attainment
- • Strong working knowledge of HubSpot CRM or comparable sales technology
- • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- • Self-directed, high-activity mindset with the ability to operate independently and lead others
