Director of Growth Marketing

• • As Director of Growth Marketing at FSA Store Inc., you will own and scale the full-funnel media strategy, leading internal paid media teams and managing agency partnerships to drive revenue growth through data-driven decision-making.
• • Day to day, you will lead and grow the internal paid media team, manage a $15M+ annual media budget focused on efficiency and iROAS, build reporting frameworks across paid channels, serve as the internal SEO/AEO expert, manage external agency partners, own channel-level forecasting and budget planning, identify new channel opportunities, run structured tests, and partner with incrementality agencies to measure and report on incremental revenue.
